Our logistics partners manage the physical distribution, and delivery of your audio equipment. We are able to offer you full-service solutions in Europe. Our resellers are able to offer you these services also outside Europe.

We provide full technical support via email and phone. This includes troubleshooting, setup guidance, and software updates.

Most of the shipping from our warehouse in Veldhoven is handled by UPS. In case you have different needs, we are happy to use your shipping partner of choice. We also offer shipping services through specialized forwarders from Hongkong for larger orders.

In many cases no initial setup is required. In case an initial setup is required we have simple, step-by-step instructions for network and audio settings. If required, we also can offer pre-configuration as a service.
