Easy management

Streamit developed platforms to make it easy to manage the distribution of background music. No matter where you are, the platforms provide central management of all connected receivers. Receivers can be configured and monitored remotely. You can easily manage the content, playlists and streams or store-and-forward programs.

Depending on your wishes and feature requirements, the platforms are available as a free service, hosted, or stand-alone.

Professional receivers

Streamit developed a series of professional internet radio receivers (SIR series) with encryption and security functions. They can receive streams from IP networks, or use store and forward to convert the data from internet into analogue input to the audio system. From the platform the receivers get the configuration, tasks to be performed as scheduled and even software updates.

Reliable solution

Easy management and professional receivers bring little if the solution is not reliable. A prominent example of the reliability measures of the Streamit solution is the fallback feature: If the streaming of the in-store audio fails for any reason, the Streamit internet radio falls back to the music on the SD card in the device. Download during the night ensures fresh content even in the case of fallback.
